Q: How to install the evaporative emission canister filter?
A:
You may need to install a NEW EVAP canister filter into the EVAP canister, install a new EVAP canister filter cover seal to the NEW EVAP canister cover, snap the EVAP canister filter cover onto the EVAP canister, then connect the fuel fill pipe vent hose quick connect fitting at the EVAP canister, and lower the vehicle.

Q: How to remove the evaporative emission canister filter?
A:
You will need to raise and support the vehicle, disconnect the fuel fill pipe vent hose quick connect fitting at the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister, then disengage the canister filter cover clips, remove and discard the EVAP canister filter cover, the EVAP canister filter cover seal and the EVAP canister filter, next clean the inside of the EVAP canister filter housing with a clean shop towel.
