A:
The rear axle wiring harness clip is a one-way clip with a D-shape section. The clip can only be installed and/or removed in only one direction. During removal, do not over-extend the flex coupler as internal damage may occur.

Q: What should I notice in Exhaust Manifold Installation Procedure?
A:
Tighten the Exhaust Manifold bolts as specified in the service procedure. Improperly installed and/or leaking exhaust manifold gaskets may affect vehicle emissions and/or On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) II system performance. The cylinder head exhaust manifold bolt-hole threads must be clean and free of debris or thread-locking material.
Q: How to install the Exhaust Seal?
A:
You can install the NEW exhaust seal(s), the catalytic converter assemblies, the catalytic converter, the Exhaust Pipe hanger bracket, the exhaust pipe hanger bracket bolts, the left front CPA retainer, the left rear CPA retainer, the right rear HO2S electrical connector clip, the right rear CPA retainer, the right front CPA retainer, the oil pan skid plate.
Q: How to remove the Muffler?
A:
You can remove the exhaust Muffler, loosen the exhaust pipe clamp at the left catalytic converter, lubricate the insulators where the muffler assembly hangers are inserted to ease in removal, remove the insulators from the exhaust system hangers, pull the muffler assembly rearward to separate the muffler from the catalytic converters.
