A:
You should remove the auxiliary evaporator from the auxiliary HVAC module, the auxiliary thermal expansion valve (TXV) assembly bolts, and the auxiliary TXV from the auxiliary evaporator and remove and discard the O-rings.

28/10/2022Q: How to remove the Thermal Expansion Valve?
A:
You should recover the refrigerant from the A/C system and remove the instrument panel (I/P) carrier, the insulation from the thermal expansion valve (TXV), the HVAC line clamp screw, the HVAC line clamp, the TXV to evaporator bolts, the TXV line bracket and the TXV from the evaporator core. Then, you should disconnect the TXV from the A/C lines, remove the TXV and remove and discard all O-rings.
