Q: How to remove the Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe (AWD)?
A:
You should remove the engine oil filter and the left-hand (LH) intermediate shaft bearing assembly, disconnect the transmission oil cooler (TOC) lines from the radiator, remove the TOC line to the transmission retaining bolt, the rear TOC lines from the transmission, the O-rings and the TOC retainer bracket bolt, reposition the TOC lines to gain access to the retainer bracket rivets, drill out the retainer bracket rivets and remove the retainer bracket and the TOC lines.

A:
You should remove the engine oil filter, the left-hand (LH) front wheel, the LH front splash shield retainers, and the LH front splash shield, disconnect the transmission oil cooler (TOC) lines from the radiator, remove the TOC line to the transmission retaining bolt, disconnect the TOC lines from the transmission, remove and discard the O-rings, remove the TOC retainer bracket bolt, reposition the TOC lines to gain access to the retainer bracket rivets, drill out the retainer bracket rivets and remove the retainer bracket and the TOC lines.
