2008 Cadillac SRX Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

You should relieve the fuel system pressure, remove the upper intake manifold with the lower intake manifold and the fuel pipe retaining clip, disconnect the fuel feed pipe from the Fuel Injector rail, and use compressed air to remove debris from the area where the fuel injectors enter the intake manifold, remove the fuel rail bolts and the fuel rail with the fuel injectors, disengage the fuel injector electrical connector lock, disconnect the fuel injector electrical connector and remove the fuel injector retainer clip, the fuel injector, and the fuel injector seals.

You should remove the primary fuel tank module, disconnect the Fuel Level Sensor electrical connector from the module and remove the fuel level sensor from the module assembly by pulling the locking tab away from the sensor and sliding the sensor away from the module assembly.

You should remove the fuel tank hoses, disconnect the electrical connector from the primary fuel tank module, rotate the cam lock ring counterclockwise using the J 45747, remove the cam lock ring from the fuel tank, carefully lift the primary fuel tank module from the fuel tank only enough to access the transfer tube, pull the locking mechanism away from the module and remove the transfer tube from the module to disconnect the transfer tube from the primary fuel tank module and remove the primary fuel tank module from the fuel tank and the primary fuel tank module seal from the module.
