A:
You should align the ignition lock cylinder case assembly with the steering column tilt head assembly, secure the ignition lock cylinder case assembly to the steering column using 3 pan head tapping screws, install the ignition switch assembly, the ignition lock cylinder, the theft deterrent control module and the turn signal cancel cam and upper bearing and enable the SIR system.

Q: How to install the Ignition Lock Cylinder?
A:
You should install the ignition lock cylinder by aligning the positioning locking tab slot on the lock module to the positioning tab on the ignition lock cylinder and pushing the lock cylinder in until the locking tab locks in the lock module and then connecting the negative battery cable.

Q: How to remove the Ignition Lock Cylinder?
A:
You should disconnect the negative battery cable, turn the ignition switch to the start position, insert the awl into the lower steering column trim cover access hole, press the release button using the awl, release the ignition switch to the run position and remove the ignition lock cylinder.

Q: How to remove the Ignition Lock Cylinder Case?
A:
You should disable the SIR system, remove the turn signal cancel cam and upper bearing, the theft deterrent control module, the ignition lock cylinder, the ignition switch assembly, 3 pan head tapping screws from the ignition lock cylinder case assembly, and the ignition lock cylinder case from the steering column.
