Q: How to install the Power Steering Pump Pulley?
A:
You should install the power steering pump pulley using installer J 25033-C, ensure that the axial tolerance of the power steering pump pulley on the power steering pump is within 0.25 mm (0.010 in), and install the appropriate belt on the power steering pump pulley and the appropriate air cleaner duct.

Q: How to remove the Power Steering Pump (LY7-Gas, 6 Cylinder, 3.6L, SFI, V6)?
A:
You should remove the front air deflector, place drain pans under the vehicle as needed, remove as much power steering fluid from the remote power steering fluid reservoir as possible, remove the air cleaner assembly and the power steering pump pulley, disconnect the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose from the power steering pump and the power steering gear inlet hose from the power steering pump, remove the power steering pump bracket bolts and the power steering pump and bracket from the vehicle and transfer the power steering pump bracket, if necessary.

You should remove the appropriate air cleaner duct, release the appropriate belt off the power steering pump pulley and remove the power steering pump pulley using remover J 25034-C.
