Q: How to remove the Radiator Upper Grille (Base)?
A:
You should remove the upper fasteners from the front bumper fascia to form enough slack to pull backward and access the grille and the push-in retainers that hold the grille to the fascia, disengage the headlamp washer hose from the upper radiator grille tabs and the clips from the fascia at the bottom of the grille and remove the grille from the fascia.

You should position the grille to the fascia, install the push-in retainers that hold the grille to the fascia, install the headlamp washer hose to the grille tab and position the fascia in place and install the fasteners that were removed.

Q: How to remove the Radiator (LY7-Standard Cooling)?
A:
You should drain the coolant, remove the electric cooling fan assembly, raise and support the vehicle, remove the lower condenser mounting bolts, the upper condenser mounting bolts, and the transmission oil cooler mounting bolts, disconnect the side air baffle lower retainer pins from the radiator, lower the vehicle, remove the radiator support bracket bolts, the radiator support brackets and the radiator/condenser upper support, disconnect the surge tank inlet hose from the radiator using the J 38185 and reposition aside, disengage tension on the radiator inlet hose clamp, disconnect from the radiator, disengage tension on the radiator outlet hose clamp, disconnect from the radiator and the side air baffle upper retainer pins from the radiator and remove the radiator.
