The procedure is to install the rack and pinion outer tie rod end to the steering linkage inner tie rod, connect the rack and pinion outer tie rod end to the steering knuckle, install the rack and pinion outer tie rod end nut, tighten the steering linkage inner tie rod nut, install the tire and wheel assemble, adjust the front toe.

A:
The procedure is to remove the tire and wheel assembly, loosen the steering linkage inner tie rod nut, remove the rack and pinion outer tie rod end nut, disconnect the rack and pinion outer tie rod end from the steering knuckle using puller J 24319-B, remove the rack and pinion outer tie rod end from the steering linkage inner tie rod.
