You should remove the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) module, the HVAC module assembly foam seal, the thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) mounting bolts, the TXV from the evaporator core, and the sealing washers. the heater cover screws, the heater cover from the HVAC module, the heater core from the HVAC module, the HVAC module case retaining screws, and the evaporator core from the HVAC module.

Q: How to install the Air Conditioning Evaporator Core?
A:
You should install a new side seal, a new upper seal, 2 new lower seals, the evaporator core, the HVAC module upper case, the HVAC module case retaining screws, a new foam seal, the heater core, the heater cover, the heater cover screws, new sealing washers, the TXV to the evaporator core, the TXV to mounting bolts and the HVAC module.
