You should install the right clutch pack to the right case, the right output shaft and gear, side gears, and washers to the right differential case, the gear to the left intermediate shaft, the C-clip to the left intermediate shaft, the left side bearing to the differential, the left clutch pack to the left case, the left intermediate shaft and gear to the left case, the case bolts and the right side bearing to the differential.

You should remove the pinion nut using the J 42172 and the DT-48007 in a vise, the pinion shaft and bearing from the housing/cage, the nut, bearing, spacer, and pinion shaft from the housing/cage, install the DT-48005 onto the pinion shaft and bearing and remove the bearing from the shaft.
