Q: How to remove the Rack and Pinion Outer Tie Rod End?
A:
You should remove the tire and wheel assemblies, the outer tie rod end stud nut to separate the tie rod from the steering knuckle, and the outer tie rod end from the inner tie rod assembly.

Q: How to install the Rack and Pinion Outer Tie Rod End?
A:
You should install the outer tie rod end to the inner tie rod assembly, the outer tie rod end stud to the steering knuckle, the outer tie rod end stud nut to the outer tie rod end stud, and the tire and wheel assemblies.

Q: How to install the Rack and Pinion Boot?
A:
You should install the new boot clamp onto the rack and pinion boot, the boot onto the inner tie rod assembly, the boot onto the gear assembly until the boot is seated in the gear assembly groove, the boot clamp on the boot by tool J 22610, the tie rod end clamp on the boot using pliers, the jam nut to the inner tie rod assembly, and the outer tie rod.
