First, inspect the CMP O-ring seal for cuts or damages. Next, lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine oil and install the O-ring seal onto the sensor. After that install the CMP sensor to the front cover and install the CMP sensor wire harness. Install the 2 CMP sensor wire harness bolts and tighten the bolts to 12 Nm.
