Q: How do I install the Engine Control Module?
A:
Install the bottom ECM tabs into the bracket and push in. Position the engine wiring harness lower and upper electrical connector and engage the retainer securing the lower connector to the ECM. Then connect the negative battery cable. If a NEW ECM was installed, program the ECM.

Q: How do I remove the Engine Control Module?
A:
Use a scan tool, to retrieve the percentage of remaining engine oil. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Disengage the engine wiring harness upper and lower electrical connector retainer and remove the connector from the ECM. Disengage the retainer tabs securing the ECM to the bracket. Remove the ECM.
