Spray lubricant and install the exhaust system insulator. Next, install the exhaust muffler assembly and the exhaust system insulator.

01/03/2022Q: What is the exhaust seal installation procedure?
A:
First, install the new exhaust seal and the catalytic converter assemblies to the exhaust manifolds. Next, install the catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold nuts and tighten the nuts to 50 Nm. Install the exhaust pipe hanger bracket bolts and tighten the bolts to 25 Nm. Install the left front CPA retainer and the left rear CPA retainer. After that connect the left rear HO2S electrical connector to the engine wiring harness. Finally, install the 2 front oil pan skid plate bolts and tighten the bolts to 28 Nm.
