You can remove the battery, the intake manifold, the air conditioning (A/C) tube connectors from the evaporator rear line assembly, the O-rings, the heater pipe bracket retaining nut, the thermal expansion valve (TXV) block fitting nut, the rear evaporator line assembly from the vehicle and the seal washers.

Q: How to remove the compressor hose assembly?
A:
You can remove the radiator support, the air conditioning (A/C) compressor hose assembly bolt from the A/C condenser fitting, the sealing washer, the A/C tube connector from the evaporator outlet tube, and the A/C compressor hose assembly, the right front tire and wheel assembly from the vehicle, the compressor mounting bolts and nuts and lower the compressor, the A/C compressor hose assembly to A/C compressor retaining bolt, the sealing washers and the A/C compressor hose assembly from the vehicle.

A:
You can recover the refrigerant from the A/C system, insert a small flat-bladed screwdriver into the first locking tab access slot, insert a small flat-bladed screwdriver into the second locking tab access slot and then open and remove the A/C coupling assembly from the A/C refrigerant component.
