Q: How to replace the cigar lighter housing?
A:
You can remove the cigar lighter fuse, place one side of the °T° portion of the J 42059 into a tab window, insert the opposite side of the °T° into the opposing tab window, pull the housing and retainer straight out of the ashtray assembly and then disconnect the electrical connection.

A:
You should place one side of the °T° portion of the J 42059 into a tab window, insert the opposite side of the °T° into the opposing tab window, pull the receptacle and retainer straight out of the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim panel and then disconnect the electrical connection.
