The procedure is to remove the tire and wheel assembly, remove the front transverse spring, disconnect the electrical connector, disconnect the electronic suspension control (ESC) electrical connector, remove the shock absorber, remove the stabilizer shaft link, remove J 42188 and the ball joint stud nut, remove the ball joint stud, remove the cam bolts, washers, and nuts retaining the control arm and then remove the lower control arm from the vehicle.
