2008 Chevrolet Corvette Heater Core

The procedure is to install the heater core cover, the heater core cover screws, the DTM sensors, and the HVAC module.

The procedure is to install a new foam seal to the heater core, the heater core to the HVAC module, and the heater cover to the HVAC module.

The procedure is to remove the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) module, the HVAC module assembly, the heater cover screws, the heater cover from the HVAC module, and the heater core from the HVAC module.

The procedure is to remove the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) module, disconnect the HVAC module wiring harness retainer pin, disconnect the wiring harness from the heater core cover wire harness retainer, and reposition the wiring harness aside, disconnect the wiring harness from the heater core cover wire harness retainer and reposition the wiring harness aside, disconnect the discharge temperature management (DTM) sensor electrical connectors, remove the DTM sensors, remove the heater core cover screws and remove the heater core cover.
