A:
The procedure is to open and support the rear lift window panel, disconnect the lower rear defogger electrical connector from the strut, reposition the retaining lip outward, pull the strut from the lower ball stud, replace the retaining clip outward, disconnect the electrical connector and then remove the strut.

The procedure is to connect the defogger lower electrical connector, install the strut, connect the defogger upper electrical connector and then remove the lift window panel support and close the lift window panel.
