You should install the new park brake shoe, place the lower end of the shoe against the backing plate, and inspect the position of the shoe assembly. Next, you should install the park brake cable, the brake rotor, the brake caliper, and the wheel.

First, you should release the park brake and remove the following parts: the wheel, the brake caliper, the brake rotor, and the park brake cable. Next, you should lift the shoe away from the backing plate, remove the shoe, and clean the rear backing plate of dirt and foreign materials.
