You can recover the refrigerant, remove the discharge hose mounting bolt, remove the discharge hose, remove the upper radiator baffle, remove the discharge hose nut, remove the discharge hose, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the discharge hose and discard all of the used sealing washers.

28/10/2022Q: What's the straight line repair for the Auxiliary Heater and Air Conditioning Pipe Repair?
A:
You should recover the refrigerant, drain the coolant, raise and support the vehicle, locate the area that requires repair, use a tubing cutter, use a tubing cutter, use the cleaning pad from the J 41425, use the LOK prep sealant to prep the line ends, apply one drop of the J 41425-3 sealing compound to the outside of each end of the line, insert the line ends into the LOK fitting, rotate the LOK fitting one complete turn, install the J 41425-1 tool over the LOK connectors and remove the J 41425-1 tool from the repaired line, lower the vehicle.

You can recover the refrigerant, remove the upper radiator air baffle and deflector, remove the air cleaner assembly, remove the surge tank hold down the nut and bolt and position aside, remove the evaporator tube nut, disconnect the evaporator tube, remove the evaporator tube nut, disconnect the evaporator tube and discard all of the used sealing washers.
