A:
You can use a twisting motion to install the wheel speed sensor, install the wheel speed sensor retaining bolt, connect the electrical connector, install the wheel speed sensor wiring harness to the retainers, lower the vehicle and perform a low-speed test to ensure the wheel speed sensor is functioning properly.

You can install the wheel speed sensor ring, install the axle shaft bearing, install the axle shaft seal using the J 21128, drive the tool into the bore, install the axle shaft, install the rear axle housing cover, install the rear wheel speed sensor, install the tire and wheel assembly, fill the rear axle, and lower the vehicle.

Q: How do you install the Front Wheel Speed Sensor?
A:
You can plug the WSS bore, use a wire brush or equivalent to clean the WSS mounting surface, apply a thin layer of lubricant and the WSS O-ring prior to installation, install the WSS, install the WSS mounting bolt, install the WSS cable mounting clip to the knuckle, install the WSS cable mounting clip to the upper control arm, connect the WSS cable electrical connector, install the front disc brake rotor, install the tire and wheel assembly and perform the diagnostic system check.

Q: How do you remove the Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Ring?
A:
You can raise the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel assembly, remove the rear wheel speed sensor, remove the rear axle housing cover, remove the axle shaft and remove the axle shaft seal, the bearing, and the wheel speed sensor ring from the axle housing using the J 45857 and the J 2619-01.

Q: How do you remove the Front Wheel Speed Sensor?
A:
You can raise and support the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel assembly, remove the front disc brake rotor, remove the wheel speed sensor (WSS) cable mounting clip from the steering knuckle, remove the WSS cable mounting clip from the upper control arm, remove the WSS cable mounting clip from the frame attachment point, disconnect the WSS cable electrical connector, remove the WSS mounting bolt and remove the WSS from the hub/bearing assembly.
