Q: How do you replace the transfer case shift control module?
A:
You should remove the control valve body assembly, inspect the 4filter plate retaining tabs, align the control solenoid valve assembly with the lower valve body locator pin when assembling, and reset the transmission adaptive pressure(TAP) values.
Q: How do you remove the Automatic Transmission Shift Lock Actuator?
A:
You can disable the SIR system, remove the knee bolster, put the shift lever clevis into the neutral position, disconnect the electrical connector, and use a small screwdriver to pry the automatic transmission shift lock control actuator away from the steering column jacket and the cable shift cam and remove the shift lock control actuator.
