Q: How do you remove the valve lifter?
A:
To remove the Valve Lifter, you have to remove the valve rocker arm cover, the lifter guides, and the bolt, and remove the valve lifters.
Q: What are the valve rocker arm and push rod installation procedures?
A:
First, lubricate the ends of the push rods with new engine oil, and install the push rods. Next, install the push rod guide plates, and the valve Rocker Arms. After that apply the thread locker to the rocker arm bolt threads, and install the valve rocker arm bolts. Tighten the valve rocker arm bolts to 15 Nm. Finally, install the left/right valve rocker arm cover.
Q: What are the valve stem oil seal and valve spring installation procedures?
A:
First, place the oil seal over the stem until the seal begins to contact the valve guide, and use J 42863 to install the valve steal oil seal over the valve guide. Install the J 38606 on the Valve Spring, compress the valve spring, and install the valve spring/cap. Finally, install the valve locks, and release the valve spring.
