After that apply the thread locker to the rocker arm bolt threads, and install the valve rocker arm bolts. Tighten the valve rocker arm bolts to 15 Nm. Finally, install the left/right valve rocker arm cover.

Q: What is the valve rocker arm cover installation procedure?
A:
First, install the new valve rocker arm cover gasket, install the left valve rocker arm cover, and install the left valve rocker arm cover bolts. Once the left valve rocker arm cover bolts are installed, tighten the bolts to 10 Nm. Next, install the left spark plug wire cover to the left valve rocker arm cover, install the left spark plug wires to the spark plugs, and install the right engine mount strut bracket. After that install the left engine lift bracket to the cylinder head, and install the left engine lift bracket bolt and the nut. Tighten the engine lift bracket bolt and the nut to 30 Nm.

Q: What is the valve rocker arm cover removal procedure?
A:
First, remove the fuel injector sight shield, remove the drive belt tensioner, and remove the right spark plug wires from the right spark plug. Next, remove the fuel injector sight shield bracket nuts/bracket, and remove the right engine lift bracket bolt and the nut from the engine lift bracket. After that remove the right engine lift bracket from the exhaust manifold, remove the right valve rocker arm cover bolts, and remove the right valve rocker arm cover. Remove the right valve rocker arm over the gasket, clean the valve rocker arm cover gasket mating surfaces, and clean the valve rocker arm cover bolts of all thread locking adhesive.
