Q: What are the valve stem oil seal and valve spring removal procedures?
A:
First, remove the left/right valve rocker arm cover, remove the valve rocker arms and push rods. Next, remove the spark plug, install the J 23590 to the spark plug port, and install the J 38606 on the valve spring. After that, compress the valve spring using the J 38606, remove the valve locks, and remove the valve spring/cap. Finally, remove the valve stem oil seal, and inspect the valve spring for any damage.

To remove the Valve Lifter, you have to remove the valve rocker arm cover, the lifter guides, and the bolt, and remove the valve lifters.
Q: What are the valve rocker arm and push rod installation procedures?
A:
First, lubricate the ends of the push rods with new engine oil, and install the push rods. Next, install the push rod guide plates, and the valve Rocker Arms. After that apply the thread locker to the rocker arm bolt threads, and install the valve rocker arm bolts. Tighten the valve rocker arm bolts to 15 Nm. Finally, install the left/right valve rocker arm cover.
