First, drain the cooling system, reposition the accessory wiring junction block, and loosen the water pump pulley bolts. Next, remove the drive belt, remove the water pump pulley bolts, and remove the water pump pulley. After that, remove the power steering pump mounting bolts, remove the water pump bolts, remove the water pump, and remove the water pump gasket.

30/12/2021Q: What is the coolant pump manifold removal procedure?
A:
First, drain the cooling system, remove the drive belt, remove fluid from the power steering pump reservoir, and remove the power steering pump pulley. After that disconnect the power steering hoses and pipes from the power steering pump and reservoir. Next, remove the water pump bolts, remove the water pump, and the gasket. Remove the camshaft position sensor, unclip the wiring harness, and disconnect the engine coolant air bleed pipe hoses and clamps. Remove the three coolant pump manifold, disconnect the heater/radiator hoses, remove the coolant pump manifold bolts, and remove the coolant pump manifold/gaskets. Next, remove the thermostat housing bolts, the thermostat housing, and the O-ring seal.
