Q: What is the proper way to install the left side Valve Stem Oil Seal and Valve Spring?
A:
The proper way is to lubricate the valve stem and the inner diameter of the new seal, install the NEW valve stem seal, the valve spring retainer and valve spring, the arm and swivel nut, the spark plug, and the left camshafts.
