01/11/2022Q: What is the power steering fluid reservoir assembly procedure?
A:
First, tighten the TORX heat bolts to 20-25 Nm and the valve bore plug to 50-60 Nm. Next, lubricate the new O-ring seal with power steering fluid and connect the O-ring seal to the reservoir. Connect the reservoir assembly to the hydraulic pump housing, attach the pump to the mounting bracket assembly and tighten the mounting bracket bolts to 28-38 Nm.
