Q: What is the removal procedure for the transmission control module?
A:
The procedure is to unlock the Transmission Control Module (TCM) electrical connector, disconnect the electrical connector from the TCM and remove the TCM from the mounting bracket.
Q: How do you install the transmission rear mount (AWD)?
A:
You can install the Transmission Mount to the vehicle, tighten the right side transmission mount assembly bolt, tighten the left side transmission mount assembly bolt, install the transmission mount to body mounting bolts, remove the transmission support, install the exhaust system and lower the vehicle.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the transmission fluid cooler hose/pipe (AWD)?
A:
The procedure is to remove the engine oil filter and the left-hand (LH) intermediate shaft bearing assembly, disconnect the transmission oil cooler (TOC) lines, remove the TOC line to the transmission retaining bolt, the rear TOC lines, the O-rings and the TOC retainer bracket bolt, drill out the retainer bracket rivets and remove the retainer bracket and the TOC lines.
