Q: What is the removal procedure for the engine coolant inlet pipe?
A:
The procedure is to raise the vehicle, remove the coolant pipe to the generator bracket bolt, lower the vehicle, drain the cooling system, disconnect the radiator outlet hose, remove the wiring harnesses, remove the coolant pipe to the thermostat bolt, remove the coolant pipe to cylinder head bolt and remove the coolant pipe.

Q: How do you install the engine coolant inlet pipe?
A:
You can install the coolant pipe, loose assemble all the coolant pipe bolts, install the coolant pipe to the thermostat bolt and the coolant pipe to the cylinder head bolt, raise the vehicle, install the coolant pipe to generator bracket bolt, connect the radiator outlet hose to the coolant pipe, install the wiring harnesses and fill the cooling system.
