Q: What is the rear axle upper control arm installation procedure?
A:
First install the upper control arm to the vehicle, the upper control arm mounting bolts to the frame and tighten to 110 Nm. Next, install the suspension knuckle upper ball joint into the upper control arm and install the upper ball joint nut. Make sure to tighten the suspension knuckle ball joint stud nut to 30 Nm plus 195 degrees. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector and the electronic suspension control sensor link.

A:
Install the lower control arm to the vehicle, the cam bolts, washers, and nuts retaining the control arm to the crossmember. Next, install the lower ball joint to the steering knuckle and install the lower control arm ball joint stud. After that, install the stabilizer shaft link to the lower control arm and tighten it to 72 Nm. Install the front transverse spring, connect the shock absorber to the lower control arm and tighten to 28 Nm. Next, connect the wheel speed sensor harness connector and install the tire/wheel assembly.

A:
Install the upper control arm, the upper control arm shims, and the upper control arm mounting bolts to the upper control arm. Install the frame rail and tighten it to 65 Nm. Install the upper ball joint stud into the upper control arm and connect the ESC sensor links.

A:
First, install the lower control arm to the vehicle and support the lower control arm with a jack stand. Next, install the lower control arm front cam bolt and tighten it to 170 Nm. Install the lower control arm rear cam bolt and tighten it to 60 Nm. After that install the lower control arm ball joint stud into the suspension knuckle and install the stabilizer shaft link to the control arm. Finally, install the shock absorber and align the rear suspension.
