Q: What is the auxiliary air conditioning evaporator tube installation procedure?
A:
Install the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes to the vehicle and the clamps. Next, install the heater/A/C tubes retaining nut to the stud at the frame and tighten to 7 Nm. After that install the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes and the retaining nut to the auxiliary HVAC module and tighten to 16 Nm. Install the rear wheelhouse liner, the right assist step, and the front wheelhouse liner. Finally, install the auxiliary A/C evaporator tube and recharge the refrigerant to the system.

Q: What is the evaporator tube installation procedure?
A:
First, connect the evaporator tube to the condenser using the new sealing washer, install the evaporator tube nut to the condenser and tighten to 16 Nm. Next, connect the evaporator tube to the auxiliary A/C tube, install the evaporator tube nut to the auxiliary A/C tube and install the evaporator tube to the evaporator. After that install the evaporator tube nut to the evaporator and tighten it to 16 Nm. Finally install the surge tank hold-down nut, the upper radiator baffle, and the air cleaner assembly.

Q: What is the discharge hose removal procedure?
A:
First, recover the refrigerant, and remove the discharge hose mounting bolt and the discharge hose from the A/C compressor. Next, remove the upper radiator baffle and remove the discharge hose from the condenser. Disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C recirculation switch and remove the discharge hose from the vehicle.
