2009 Chevrolet Colorado Exhaust Pipe

First, install the Exhaust Manifold bolt to the exhaust manifold and place a new gasket onto the bolt. Install the retaining exhaust manifold bolts, exhaust manifold heat shield, ignition coil bracket to the valve rocker arm cover, and the spark plugs. Next, install the upper intake manifold sight shield, and the catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold nuts and tighten to 50 Nm.

Install the front exhaust Muffler pipe to the front exhaust insulator, install the catalytic converter nuts and tighten to 45 Nm. Next, tighten the exhaust muffler clamp at the catalytic converter and tighten it to 43 Nm. Install the right rear leaf spring bolt/nut and tighten to 85 Nm. Finally, install the lower shock absorber bolts/nuts and tighten them to 95 Nm.

Remove the 5 nuts securing the heat shield to the floor panel and the catalytic converter heat shield from the floor panel.
