Q: What is the fuel level sensor removal procedure?
A:
Remove the fuel tank module and disconnect the Fuel Level Sensor electrical connector from the module cover. Disengage the locking tabs on the sensor and slide the sensor upward from the bucket.
Q: What is the fuel tank pressure sensor removal procedure?
A:
Lower the fuel tank, remove the left rear pickup box wheelhouse liner and disconnect the chassis wiring harness electrical connector from the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. Pull upward to remove the sensor from the fuel tank module.
Q: What is the fuel tank filler pipe installation procedure?
A:
Install the fuel fill hose screws and tighten them to 2 Nm. Next, install the fuel fill hose to the fuel tank and connect the fuel tank EVAP line quick-connect fitting on the fill tube vent line. After that tighten the fuel fill hose clamp at the fuel tank to 2.5 Nm. Install the ground strap to the frame, install the fuel fill hose ground strap bolt and tighten to 9 Nm. Finally, install the left rear pick-up box wheelhouse liner and the fuel fill cap.
