You should notice to remove the bulb socket from the lens by turning the socket counterclockwise a quarter turn and then remove the bulbs.

You need to remove the push-in retainers that hold the front flap of the front wheelhouse liner to the fascia, next bend the front flap of the wheelhouse liner out of the way to gain access to the fog lamp, then turn the fog lamp socket counterclockwise to release the fog lamp socket from the fog lamp housing, then disconnect the electrical connector.

You need to open the hood, remove the fascia to tie bar push-in retainers, pull the top of the fascia assembly several inches away from the vehicle to release the radiator grille strap from the headlamp, place a piece of tape over the radiator grille strap to headlamp retaining clip to prevent scratching of the headlamp lens, then remove the headlamp bolts, pull on the bottom outboard corner of the headlamp to disengage the lower rear headlamp retainer, finally remove the headlamp.
