The procedure is to remove the air cleaner resonator outlet duct, install a breaker bar with the hex-head socket to the drive belt tensioner bolt, rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise, remove the belt, release the tension on the drive belt tensioner, remove the breaker bar and socket and clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all the pulleys.

Q: How do you install the drive belt?
A:
You can route the drive belt around all the pulleys except the idler pulley, install the breaker bar with hex-head socket, rotate the belt tensioner clockwise, install the drive belt under the idler pulley, release the tension on the belt tensioner, remove the breaker bar and socket, inspect the drive belt and install the air cleaner resonator outlet duct.

A:
You can position the belt behind the rear face of the balancer and off of the A/C pulley, install the belt installation tool, install the belt, slide the belt installation tool downward, position the belt onto the A/C pulley, apply light tension to the belt, position the lower portion of the belt with the ribbed area facing forward, rotate the crankshaft pulley in a clockwise direction, inspect the drive belt, rotate the balancer and additional 360 degrees, install the skid plate and install the accessory drive belt.
