Q: How do you install the Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal?
A:
You can inspect the seal, identify the part number markings for proper orientation, install the J 41479 cone and bolts, tighten the bolts, install the rear oil seal onto the tapered cone, push the seal to the rear seal bore, thread the J 41479 threaded rod into the tapered cone, align the oil seal into the tool, rotate the handle of the tool clockwise, remove the J 41479 and install the automatic transmission flexplate.
