Q: What should be noticed in installing a Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt?
A:
You should insert a small Phillips screwdriver through one of the thermal expansion valve (TXV) bolt holes and into the threaded hole of the mounting plate, install the TXV bolt into the other hole without the screwdriver and remove the screwdriver and install the other TXV bolt.

You should install the outlet Heater Hose, install the outlet heater hose to the water pump and to the surge tank, install the outlet heater hose clamp to the surge tank, connect the heater and surge tank hoses to the heater core, pull the heater outlet hose, install the heater and surge tank hoses to the mounting clip, install the air intake tube and fill the cooling system.
