You should install the upper fan shroud, the fan shroud bolts, and the fan shroud retainers, install the inlet radiator hose retainer to the fan shroud, install the throttle body heater hose retainer to the fan shroud, install the air cleaner outlet duct, tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the throttle body and tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the mass airflow sensor.

You should insert the 3 lower tabs into the radiator support flange. Keeping the shroud parallel to the radiator will ensure the correct installation of the lower tabs.

Q: What should be noticed in removing the Cooling Fan and Shroud (Non-HP2)?
A:
If necessary, you should reposition the surge tank inlet hose clamp at the radiator and remove the surge tank inlet hose from the radiator. Then you should disconnect the electrical connectors from the cooling fans, remove the clip attaching the wiring harness to the shroud and remove transmission cooler lines bolts from the fan shroud.
