A:
You should lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine oil, install a new O-ring seal and the oil level indicator tube, raise and support the vehicle, and insert the oil level indicator tube into the block. Finally, you should lower the vehicle, install the oil level indicator tube bolt and install the oil level indicator.
