You need to install the power steering fluid cooler to the vehicle and the power steering fluid cooler bolts, connect the power steering fluid cooler hose to the power steering pump and the power steering fluid cooler hose to the steering gear, clean any excess fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans, install the radiator grille reinforcement support and the fascia grille and fill and bleed the power steering system.

Q: How do you remove the Power Steering Fluid Cooler (Without Hydroboost)?
A:
You need to remove the fascia grille, the radiator grille reinforcement support, and as much power steering fluid as possible from the power steering fluid reservoir, place drain pans under the vehicle as needed, disconnect the power steering gear outlet hose from the power steering fluid cooler and the power steering fluid cooler hose from the power steering pump, and remove the power steering fluid cooler bolts from the power steering fluid cooler and the power steering fluid cooler from the vehicle.
