Q: How do you remove the Automatic Transmission Shift Lock Control Actuator?
A:
You need to disable the SIR system, remove the knee bolster, put the shift lever clevis into the neutral position, disconnect the electrical connector, and use a small screwdriver to pry the automatic transmission shift lock control actuator away from the steering column jacket and the cable shift cam and remove the shift lock control actuator.
