Q: How to remove the Expansion (Orifice) Tube?
A:
First, you need to recover the refrigerant, the accumulator, and the coolant reservoir. Then, please remove the evaporator tube nut at the evaporator, remove the evaporator tube from the evaporator, remove the O-ring seal and discard. Finally, you should remove the nut from the evaporator tube block fitting, separate the evaporator tubes at the block fitting, remove the expansion tube and remove the expansion tube from the evaporator tube.

A:
First, you need to install the expansion tube, the new O-ring seal, the evaporator tubes, and the evaporator tube nut and connect the evaporator tube to the evaporator. Then, please install the nut, the coolant reservoir, and the accumulator. Finally, you should recharge the refrigerant system and leak-test the fittings of the components.
