2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer Exhaust Heat Shield

First, you need to install the heat shield on the underbody. Then, please install the nuts securing the heat shield to the underbody. Finally, you should install the heat shield to the underbody and install the nuts securing the heat shield to the underbody.

First, you need to remove the nuts securing the heat shield to the underbody. Then, please remove the heat shield from the underbody. Finally, you should remove the nuts securing the heat shield to the underbody and remove the heat shield from the underbody.

First, you need to remove the air cleaner outlet resonator and remove the transmission filler tube stud nut from the secondary air injection (AIR) adapter and move the filler out of the way. Then, please remove the oil level indicator tube and remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust manifold. Finally, you should remove the 4 manifold heat shield nuts and remove the heat shield.

First, you need to install the exhaust manifold heat shield with the 4 nuts. Then, please install the oxygen sensor and the oil level indicator. Finally, you should move the transmission filler tube back onto the stud and secure the tube with the nut and install the air cleaner outlet resonator.

First, you need to remove the catalytic converter heat shield. Then, please remove the exhaust muffler heat shield bolt and nuts. Finally, you should remove the exhaust muffler heat shield from the underbody.
