First, you need to lower the headliner and remove the tie strap that retains the white connector to the drive cable tube sunroof motor wiring harness. Then, please disconnect the sunroof motor/actuator wiring harness electrical connector. Finally, you should remove the sunroof motor/actuator from the sunroof module assembly.

First, you need to align the splines on the sunroof motor/actuator shaft with the drive gear on the sunroof module assembly and install the sunroof motor/actuator to the mounting bracket. Then, please install the screws that retain the sunroof motor/actuator to the mounting bracket, connect the sunroof motor/actuator wiring harness electrical connector, install the tie strap retaining the sunroof motor/actuator wiring harness, press and hold the open switch until the glass panel stalls at the hard stop, and release the switch. Finally, you should press and hold the open switch within six seconds, continue holding until the glass panel moves to the closed position and stops, release the switch, and install the headliner.
