You can install the thermostat and water pump inlet to the water pump, install the water pump inlet bolts, install the radiator outlet hose, install the air cleaner assembly and install the coolant recovery reservoir and bolt.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the engine coolant thermostat housing?
A:
The procedure is to remove the following: the bolt from the coolant recovery reservoir, air cleaner assembly, the radiator outlet hose, the water pump inlet bolts, and the water pump inlet and thermostat.

Q: What should you remove before replacing the thermostat bypass pipes?
A:
You should remove the Thermostat housing crossover replacement.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the radiator surge tank inlet hose/pipe?
A:
The procedure is to partially drain the cooling system, reposition the surge tank inlet hose clamps and remove the surge tank inlet hoses from the surge tank and the radiator.
Q: How do you install the engine coolant temperature sensor?
A:
You can coat the ECT sensor threads with sealer GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) or the equivalent, install the ECT sensor, connect the ECT sensor electrical connector and refill the engine coolant.
