A:
You can install a NEW CMP actuator solenoid valve, tighten the CMP actuator solenoid valve, remove the J 42386-A and install the CMP actuator magnet.

You can tighten the first design hex head bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft) and tighten the second design TORX(R) head bolts to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).

The procedure is to remove the oil pump, remove the camshaft position (CMP) actuator solenoid valve, loosen and separate the CMP actuator and timing chain from the camshaft, remove the CMP actuator and timing chain and insert and secure a tie strap through the center of the actuator and over the reluctor wheel.
