You can install the surge tank inlet hose to the surge tank and install the surge tank inlet hose to the radiator.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the radiator surge tank inlet hose/pipe (Non-HP2)?
A:
The procedure is to drain the cooling system, reposition the surge tank inlet hose clamp, remove the surge tank inlet hose from the radiator, reposition the surge tank inlet hose clamp at the surge tank and remove the surge tank inlet hose from the surge tank.
